PET imaging of PHP.eB & CAP-B10 capsid and cargo
PET imaging of PHP.eB & CAP-B10 capsid and cargo
August 23, 2022
In collaboration with the Ferrara group at Stanford, AAV9, PHP.eB, and CAP-B10 capsid and transgene biodistribution and transduction were assessed in vivo using combinations of optical and positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. These analyses suggest that reduced liver transduction by PHP.eB and CAP-B10 may result from re-targeting from hepatocytes to Kupffer cells. Co-authors include CLOVER Director Tim Miles and former CLOVER scientist Sripriya Ravindra Kumar. Check it out in the latest issue of Biomaterials!
