Engineered AAV for mice and marmoset non-human primates
December 09, 2021
CLOVER-affiliated grad student David Goertsen along with former Director Nick Flytzanis and Postdoctoral Fellow Nick Goeden led a team effort to develop and validate new AAV variants for mice and marmoset non-human primates with enhanced transgene expression in brain and greatly diminished expression in liver after systemic injection. Catch the Caltech writeup and the full story in Nature Neuroscience. Congratulations!
CAP-B10 and CAP-B22 plasmids available now on Addgene.
