New proximity labeling method maps brain cell surface proteomes
New proximity labeling method maps brain cell surface proteomes
June 10, 2025
In a collaboration with the Khakh lab of UCLA driven by CLOVER scientist and manager Zhe Qu, AAV-PHP.eB and AAV9-X1.1 are used to deliver a new molecular method to proximity label and analyze the cell surface proteomes of CNS neurons, astrocytes, and vasculature. These proteomes begin to define the molecular interfaces between cell types and their dynamics in disease.
