Mapping astrocyte diversity in health & disease

In a collaboration with the Khakh lab of UCLA driven by CLOVER scientist and manager Zhe Qu, AAV-PHP.eB is used to reveal astrocyte morphological and molecular differences between healthy and Alzheimer's disease model mice. Together with other reported findings, this helps build the case for future therapeutic targeting of astrocyte morphology in diverse CNS disorders.
