Brain-wide CRISPR of pathogenic APP with AAV-PHP.eB in mice

Collaboration led by CLOVER scientist and manager Zhe Qu with the Ip group at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology is published in Nature Biomedical Engineering. This work shows that systemic delivery of AAV-PHP.eB packaging Cas9 and gRNA targeting pathogenic APP in adult mice alleviates amyloid-beta-associated pathologies. Congratulations Zhe!
